01. Deliveries

HOW MUCH DO DELIVERIES COST?

■ In Dar es salaam, areas by the street the cost is 3,000/=
■ To other regions and cities out of Dar es salaam, the cost is 7,000/=
■ Outside Tanzania, price may vary, you will be given an estimate after order.

DO YOU DELIVER IN ZANZIBAR?

YES WE DO! We deliver it by boat to the coast of Zanzibar and no more as we do not have an operating office there. The person in the boat shall be in contact with you all the way for the pick up as it arrives.

CAN SOMEONE PICK THE ORDER UP FOR ME?

Yes, this person must give us your full name and order description before withdrawing your package

02. Product Keeping

PURCHASED PRODUCTS

Our office will store a purchased item for 1 month before putting it back in the store if it is not picked up by the owner unless a special request has been given.

UNPURCHASED PRODUCTS

We have a 24 hours payment policy after order has been made. We ask all of our customers to pay as soon as possible after ordering the product to avoid any inconvenience.

03. The order

HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER CAN I GET MY PRODUCT

Usually we try to make the deliveries as soon as possible, however, sometimes we have many orders to deliver and deliveries may take between 1-3 days and we ask all our clients to have patience in this case.
After purchasing any of our products and opting for a delivery, you will be contacted by our team for further information and planning.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

RETURN POLICY

In the case that you are not satisfied with the product, the product has a sort of disturbing issues or you have accidentally picked the wrong size we do allow a return of the product and exchange with another item of the same value, or more if client would agree to top up the remaining balance however, in the case client will select another item of a less value the remaining budget shall not be refunded.
In the case client will want a delivery on the exchange, they must still pay for the delivery.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

 Every client has 48hours after confirmed delivery by the delivery personnel to try on and report on exchange. Any later than that, there will be no returns nor exchange.
This is because, we keep our products in a specific manner, leaving the product out for too long reduces the value or sometimes damage might come to it and we can no longer assess it in the same value as it was sold in.

REFUNDS

We are a young store and therefore we do not accept any sort of money returns.
If a client is dissatisfied by a product, they must report in 48 hours for an exchange.

WHAT IF IT DOESN’T FIT?

We have two options in this case, first is the exchange but second, it is possible to have the item brought to you to try on and decide on which item you like most. You would still need to pay the amount for the delivery but you get to be sure.
